Equine Assisted Coaching
Our equine-assisted programs are designed to meet you where you are – whether you’re seeking personal growth, professional development, or stronger team alignment. Below, you’ll find pricing options for individual coaching, team sessions, and customised off-site events.
All sessions are led by certified EAHAE instructors and include hands-on, ground-based interactions with our trained horses. No riding or previous horse experience is required. Our approach is focused on presence, communication, and leadership through non-verbal feedback.
Training sessions typically run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks included throughout the day.
Our coaching sessions are offered in English, Spanish and German.
Individual Coaching
2-4 people
Tailored one-on-one sessions designed to support personal development, leadership growth, or career transitions.
Through guided interactions with horses, you’ll gain immediate, intuitive feedback that helps you build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and explore new ways of leading - with clarity and presence.
No prior horse experience needed.
Team Coaching
5-8 people
Small-group sessions that foster trust, reflection, and shared learning.
Ideal for teams, peer groups, or leadership circles, these sessions uncover group dynamics, encourage open communication, and help individuals understand their impact within the collective.

Helmet Required: For your safety, helmets are mandatory for all riding lessons. Please bring your own or let us know in advance to borrow one.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask for your understanding that missed or late-cancelled appointments cannot be credited or refunded.
